MINIMUM AND PRICING

There are Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) for all Rocco Racing Products orders.

For larger quantity orders, Rocco Racing Products may offer additional discounts than those shown.

The MOQ and Dealer Discount table can be found below. All prices and discounts listed are wholesale and subject to change without notice. Non-dealer directed offers and discounts may not apply.

TERMS

Orders must be prepaid by credit card, check, wire transfer, or Paypal. There is a $20 charge for all post dated or returned checks.

Payment must be submitted before Rocco Racing Products will ship orders.

A valid Seller’s Permit and other business verification must be provided to process wholesale orders.

Rocco Racing Products LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

All prices listed are subject to change without notice. Besides pricing, when any other term or policy on this form is changed, it will not apply to the dealer until the updated Rocco Racing Products LLC Dealer Agreement Terms approval form is completed.

RESALE

Rocco Racing Products’ parts may not be advertised for more than 10% below suggested retail price (applies to MSRP, not discounted or closeout prices).

Rocco Racing Products’ parts may not be sold in any auction format.

If you are a CA dealer, please submit a copy of your CA resale certificate or you run the risk of being charged tax on all items.

LEAD TIME

Rocco Racing Products strives to maintain adequate on-hand inventory so most orders can be shipped within 48 hours of placement/payment.

SHIPPING

Our preferred carriers are USPS and UPS. Shipping costs depend on weight and will be billed according to order size.

Please clearly state any special shipping instructions or carrier preference on your order.

All orders shipped F.O.B. 148 Crescent Ave Sunnyvale, CA 94087.

PACKAGING

Unless otherwise specified, all Rocco Racing Products' parts are packaged complete and ready to use.

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted without a Rocco Racing Products Return Authorization (RA) number.

All requests for returns must be made within (10) days of receipt of merchandise.

Please contact us at the contact information given above to receive an RA#. All returns must have an RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package. Within the return package, there must also be a brief note describing the reason for the return.

All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

We proudly stand behind our parts and will repair or replace any parts that experience problems resulting from a production or design flaw (NOT normal wear) within 6 months of retail purchase by your customers.

A copy of the sales receipt must be presented in order to validate any warranty claim. Repairs or replacements after the warranty period will be subjected to a minimal charge plus shipping & handling. Please visit www.roccoracingproducts.com/pages/warranties for complete warranty details.

Warranty claims can be submitted directly to us by the dealer or by the customer.
