Approving Work and Communication

How do I approve the work?

We pride ourselves on clear communication. We will send an estimate for the work before working on the bike or after an initial teardown. Work only begins once we receive your digital signature or verbal "go-ahead." 

Is a deposit required?

For estimates with part totals over $500, we require a parts deposit for the total of parts or 50% of the estimate total.

How will I be updated on my bikes status? 

We typically go straight for the work that was requested. After we run through our complimentary 30 point inspection, we will call or send you a digital estimate for the work requested, as well as any additional items found on the inspection.

We do our best to take as many photos and videos as possible. If we don't send these directly to you mid-job, they will be attached to the digital estimate and invoice. We don't always have time to provide step-by-step progress updates throughout a job, but if you would like a specific update, photo, or video, please reach out!
