Do I need to make an appointment?

We strongly recommend booking an appointment or calling ahead so that we are ready for your arrival. Book a drop-off time anytime during normal hours using the link below. Address and gate code to get into our industrial complex is also linked below! Book Here!

We usually take walk-ins during normal business hours, however please keep in mind that we have a two hour minimum on all jobs. 

What should I bring with me?

Please bring your bike in a relatively clean state as well as any parts you may already have for the job. Pease be ready to provide any specific information about recent performance issues or work you’ve attempted yourself. 

Should I order parts for my bike before bringing it in? 

No, we have many part accounts and actually prefer to order the parts to ensure they are correct. If you already ordered parts, please drop them off with the bike. 

What is your current lead time?

We strive for 1-2 weeks but may vary based on workload and/or job type.
