Completion and Pick Up

How will I know my bike is ready to be picked up? 

Upon completion, we will send you an invoice via text or email. You can schedule an appointment for pick up  or simply come by during our business hours. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash, Check, Credit Card (additional 2.99% fee required). 

How long can I leave my bike at the shop after it is fixed? 

Bikes not picked up within 7 days of completion notification will incur a $20/day storage fee. After 30 days, the bike may be considered abandoned and handled according to local lien laws.
